Existing Single Storey was torn down, except for two existing exterior side walls, and 3 existing foundation walls.

New 2 storey house, rear addition, and roof deck space was created.

CofA application and hearing was required for zoning permission of the following:

increased floor area, site coverage, length, and height, and roof deck.
