This garage I did the actual construction for an architect/co-worker friend of mine as a sort of a favour.

Amazingly the neighbours to the south almost totally reproduced the same thing afterwards.

The design drawings were by my architect friend to match his amazing house behind.

So I am strictly the builder on this one.
